Entertainer Logo Design
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm looking for a professional graphic designer to create a logo for my entertainer/performer/animator persona. It needs to convey a sense of fun and excitement, reflecting the nature of my work.
The logo makes strong reference to the person for whom the logo is intended. This person is a service provider who organizes fun events in schools for schoolchildren in grades 1 to 4. He runs these events alone as an entertainer, animator and performer. These events bring the children a lot of fun through games of skill, sports exercises and competitions or learning small dance choreographies.
As we want to strengthen the person as a brand, the logo should essentially represent the person as a graphic. Three important features are to be drawn as in a kind of caricature.
• The person is in a somewhat half profile and is doing a dab move. The left hand is also pointing upwards to the right. Only the upper body is shown.
• The right hand, which is close to the body, should be shaped like a Vulcan salute, but not pointing upwards.
• The person's head should represent him as a person in a characteristic and recognizable way. An important distinctive feature is his "Elvis quiff" with curled hair on his forehead. His head is not at the elbow, but is looking diagonally upwards.
Ultimately, the person should be framed graphically to emphasize the logo character of the graphic. It can be sparingly supplemented with graphic elements that are typical of the person's field of activity, as well as illustrating play, fun, sport and dance. Nevertheless, the logo should be as simple as possible. It must not be too complex. It must also function as a miniature logo.
As source material, I can provide his photo collection, which is repeatedly shown on the person.
Your proposal should include samples of previous character illustrations you've done, particularly those with a realistic style.
