Employee ID Card Design & Code

I'm seeking a professional to help design and code our employee ID cards. The cards need to include the following features:
- Photo and Name: Each card should have the employee's photo and name prominently displayed.
- Barcode or QR Code: For easy scanning and tracking, a barcode or QR code should be incorporated.
- Department and Position: The cards should denote the employee's department and position.
The ID cards will be printed in-house using an office printer, so the design will need to accommodate this.
Ideal skills for this job would include graphic design, coding, and understanding of ID card specifications. Experience in designing ID cards is a plus. Please include relevant work samples in your proposal.
