Draw logo and implement text

Dear all, I am starting a small healthy food business at the moment and made a logo from a few pictures and added my name. I really like the images of the foods but would like to have them drawn, also as you can see, i dont know how to add my name (Josc Lione) and text (easy going alkaline) to it without messing up the design. So if you believe you can make something amazing out of this logo, please let me know and help me out :)
For now I just need the logo to be adjusted as i already worked on my website and packaging but once i am ready to upgrade those i'll probably need more help.
