Design a modern/minimalistic Logo for me

Looking for someone to design a logo for me, I will provide all the words/emotions which we want our brand to convey and you should provide us at least 5 unique concepts with discussion.

Please provide a fixed cost for you to come up with the time number of concepts I mentioned and start with the number of concepts on top of your proposal so I know you read this.
