Design me a logo for my company - Accounting firm

I've just kicked off an accounting/finance consultancy solo practice and need an eye catching but not over the top company logo to go on letter heads, business cards etc. I want something with wings, preferably a hawk, maybe in an art deco style. I've knocked together some extremely amateurish designs in paint, to give an idea but I'm definitely open to other ideas! Would love to hear from you guys with prices/ideas.
