Design a logo

Hello! I'm looking for a talented designer to create a unique logo for me. This logo will be used for a new podcast i am looking to launch. It will be called 'The Empowered Professional' and will focus on work life balance, mental health in the corporate world, climbing the ladder, burnout etc, so it is important that it captures these values. I do not have any specific colour preferences, so I am open to suggestions from the designer. I don't have a set style preference for the logo at the moment so I am open to suggestions. Looking forward to seeing what the designer comes up with!

I am on a very tight deadline. I have a few days to get this ready as i was let down by someone else with this. Limited budget.
