Design a logo

I run an Esports organisation and we have been using a cheap logo I created up until now but we are growing bigger and would really benefit having a nicely designed team logo. I've attached a screenshot of our current logo from discord and one someone on the team created with the crack in the Q which is exactly what I want but a better design.

Team name: Qracked

I want our logo to be eye catching but simple, and as mentioned I want just a capital 'Q' but with a crack in it.
