Design a Company Logo for StartUp

I am looking for a talented designer to create a logo for my startup. The company name is HireBound. It is a software to help outbound recruiting and is a Recruitment CRM Tool. The preferred color scheme for the logo should be cool colors such as blue, green, and purple. I have a rough idea of the design elements or symbols I want to incorporate, but I need help finalizing it.
