We are looking to open a funky suburban cafe in innerwest sydney Australia. Logo will be used on - Coffee Cups, Smoothie Cups/Bottles, Hats, T-shirts, hoodies etc
Business will do food and smoothies that customers can buy and enjoy in the large outdoor area. Most of the people who visit the cafe will be going to the F45 Gym, Swim school or going for a walk next to the river.
Local people are in their mid 20s to late 40s, professionals and in trades who are of a higher socio economic demographic. They have high disposable income and like quality food.
The cafe will use premium ingredients from reputable producers
It will be community and will engage in a lot of local community projects
We want it to be relatable to singles, couple and families
