RE-DESIGN LOGO

I'm needing my logo to be re-designed so we can use it for printing/marketing purposes. My sign writer is asking for an EPS file which we were never provided with when we designed logo online. The file we have is too poor quality for and appears blury when he tries to use file for signage. I want to keep logo exactly the same but need it to be re-designed so we have a better quality file. (hope this makes sense?)
