Custom Cartoon-Style Classic 2D Logo Creation

I need a professional graphic designer to create a unique logo/image from an existing image. The final product should be in a Classic 2D, Cartoon-style, similar to Pixar. This MUST not be a generated image, as I will need minor and detail changes.
