Create new Corporate Identity for our engineering company

We are an engineering company called OPC-Engineers offering a variety of services from development and design to prototyping for various industries. Our website is https://www.opc-engineers.ch/

Currently we are working on reinventing and relaunching the brand OPC-Engineers and thus are looking for a designer to create a new CI (logo, business cards, fonts, stationery, PPT slidedeck, etc.). The new CI should be:
- clean and elegant
- with a connection to engineering and reflecting our business
- modern and less heavy than the current CI
- lighter colors than current CI (no gold, not too much black)

The OPC-Engineers brand personality:
- is bold but not cocky
- has well-founded technical knowledge and expertise but no "know-it-all attitude"
- creative yet down-to-earth
- inventive with a substantial understanding of construction and mechanical processes
- straightforward and solution-oriented
