Create a logo for a Fitness App

Create custom logo for a future fitness app I'm building: The Shaper
Your propose me:
- a color palette that will be used later for the app (color of the logo will be used in css to scheme my app). I'm opened to all proposal but in my head I prefer red or orange or blue color with black background.
- a logo simple and effective, ideally made of the 2 letters of the brand name: TS
- format output: vector files (svg, eps, pdf), high res png & jpg, ios & android sized logo generated
What I don't want to see on the logo:
- a body of a man or a woman
- big muscles or big arms, the app should be for both men and woman
The app:
- fitness app
- 60% of men, 40% of women
- Linked to instagram, visual is important
- key-words: performance, smart, get in shape
