Create me a logo for my Career Consultancy business.

My business is called "Stronger Chance", I am a professional recruitment consultant and I want to create a logo for my business which is aimed at equipping people with the skills to give them a STRONGER CHANCE in the career they want.
The logo has to fit in a youtube display picture as well as on the company website and associated social media accounts. I would like the logo to be professional yet striking, so a Red or Blue colour would be good. I would like the letters "STRONGER CHANCE" to be on the logo, with no abbreviations.
Money will be paid on completion after I agree that you have created a satisfactory logo.
