Create business name/branding for real estate development and small business investment company.

We are a father son duo that owns real estate properties in downtown Lynchburg, Va. We also invest into small businesses within the F&B and sport/entertainment sectors. We have executed several new construction projects as the developer and have several large projects in predevelopment strategy planning. Our needs is to create a business name that encompasses an identity, that is marketable to future investors and eventually can fold all of our LLCs underneath 1 brand and identity. We would need someone to understand our background, the future plans and the vision for our family real estate developments but build a brand that is expandable, flexible to invest in various small businesses that we see opportunities and growth within a market. Logo creation and web design can be a nice add to the scope of work after a future scope of work that may be needed.
