Create a brand from a basic proposal: Logo and color palette needed

We need a brand created (logo, color palette, mockups of the brand in use) for a very special organization.
This brand needs to be a strong and clear authority that represents beauty and transformation. We have created a basic "mood board" that explains what we do, imagery related to the brand, and very rough sketches of what we want out of a logo. Available upon request.
I'm not looking for something turnkey. I'm looking for an independent designer with a good eye that will take initiative in this project. Please mention Nature's Angels in your response so I know you read this far.
This brand will appear on signs and be worn by employees in uniforms. Readability is important.
