Create a New Logo for my new Project here in Venice Italy for a Company of Tours by Boats

I need to create a new Logo for a new Company (my Client) here in Venice Italy, they provide Private and Share Tours in Venice and in the Lagoon with Some Special Boats (Storical and Very Nice) so i need something that could be different with the others competitors. So please let me know your ideas and the right quote and time for creating this Logo. The budget is very small but you know that it's just the fisrt step. Basically the name of the Company is "Venice Tours by Boat".
