Create New Company Design and Logo

We have a commercial & industrial concreting company already with a design and logo and are now branching out to commercial & industrial construction and developing also as a separate entity. We wanting to keep the same design with new logo that ties in well with the existing concreting company. I have attached the design and logo for the existing concreting company to give you an idea.
