Create Custom icon for software

hello all friends how are you. I want to create a unique icon to give an identity to my software. my tool is WhatsApp marketing so i need a custom unique logo related to it. I want the icons in size 16x16, 48x48,128x128
Also I want his related logo I am giving you some examples for reference please find the attachment.
