Corporate Identity for 3 Brands

Hey, i am looking for a brandbook designer/grphic designer who can give a look to my newest company. I need one main look for the mother company and than below are two sub branches which need their own logos and colours but which are recognizable as a brand of the core company.

I need a brandbook with:

1 Logo for the mother company and two sub brands
2 Guidelines for their use, the colors, fonts and more
3. Stationery designs - Business cards, Folders, Thank you cards, Letterhead, Signature
