Conscious.cleaning - Branding, Social Media &

We need an expert that can help us with the Branding and Social Media Content for our Start-Up.
We are Conscious Cleaning (www.conscious.cleaning), a female-led company, and we are an online subscription for responsible, plastic-free domestic cleaning kits. We have a logo, see attached, which we both like, but we need a clear idea and guide for our branding.
I have already selected our colours & fonts, also attached. But we lack the talent of making it visual or creating the feeling around this. And to set up Social Media assets. We have a clear idea of who we are and want to be for the outside world, but how to get in the right wording is harder than we expected.
We may also need help with our website, and illustrations, so someone that has that experience under their belt would be the preference.
We are looking for an individual who understands the UK market & subscription services.
