I need help with my logo for so I am able to use it on my website business cards ect.

I have attached a few I have came up with. I would like the "S" in Roadside to be a "Road". I dont like the font I curretly have I fell its a little cowboyish. I would like a image I can over lay on Documents. I would like a business card with Company Phone Number, I would like full rights to my logo and image.
