Cleanup, Vectorize logo

I have a client that has a logo that needs to vectorized, cleaned up and a few small modifications. The jpeg provided has artifacts, and I would like the logo restored to a clean sharp vectorized logo. The word "Concrete" should be a single color and remove the texturized look. Also remove the sparkle at the end of the word "Concrete". I believe the font used on the wording is "Microgramma D Extended Bold". I provided the font.

The final logo should be an Adobe Illustrator AI file with only vectors and the layers still intact.
