Children’s Clothing & Personal Safety

I need a logo and initial brand design for a children’s clothing and personal safety brand. The brand is called “Little LOUD”. The clothing is very bright and I would like to incorporate a young bear character into the logo, who will be a brand mascot type character for content down the track. I had imagined something included in the logo or brand around “making noise” such as a megaphone for example. There will be ongoing work for the chosen designer for upcoming projects including website design, pitch presentation and content creation.
