Cartoonish Caricature Logo Design

I'm looking for a creative artist to design a cartoonish caricature logo. My business, simply put, is "I Pull Weeds". Yes, that's weeds from your garden. This logo will represent me and should be vibrant, engaging, comical with a strong sense of "I Love What I Do." Design should include possibly a clump of weeds in my hand/s that I just freshly pulled from someone's yard. That's ALL I do is pull weeds, I do not mow, trim hedges, edge sidewalks or driveways... I Pull Weeds. This is the main thing I want to portray in the design. Needs to also resemble me in a humorous way (fairly recent photos attached) Also, Without glasses. Would need in a digital high res format, vector if possible.
