Cartoon Raccoon Company Logo

I'm in need of a company logo that is to be our mascot as well. A cute and playful Raccoon in a looney toons or other type of cartoon style. Big eyes Big Smile. I have a preliminary sketch but it's not really speaking to me. I'll include it with the project.
If looking at the image I would like it without a background color, the raccoon to have more human like teeth, and bigger eyes. Once again think more modern looney toon style.
This logo will be used across all platforms - my website, business cards, and social media, so it needs to be versatile and appealing across different mediums.
Key Requirements:
- The raccoon should be bright and colorful
- The design should be cute and playful rather than professional and sleek or bold and vibrant.
- The design would be from waist up. This is a waste management service so the raccoon would be wearing blue coveralls, and large elbow length black gloves.
