Hello my name is Derek Davis.
I am having new license plates made up for my vehicle and want to add a logo.
I have found an image online but need it amended slightly. The little man on the logo has brown hair and a blue T-shirt. And I want him to be wearing a white T-shirt and mousey blonde hair. Could you please advise of whether or not this os possible and how much it might cost?
