Career Path Creative Request

I am looking for a Marketing Person who can create and revamp our existing Career Path Model for our Business to appeal to an audience who is interested in working in the Fast Food Industry.
We are a Large Franchisee for Pizza Hut, Checkers/Rally's, and Moe's Southwest Grill. I need some creatives to showcase our career advancement opportunities. Potentially a multi-brand growth chart. (I started thinking a GAMING motto- but am open to ideas). Paid Leadership Training, Paid GED, Employee Discounts, Benefits, Paid Time Off, Flexible Schedules, etc.
Would like it to be capable of modification for future changes.
