Café Website Development

I'm looking for a talented web developer to create a modern and appealing responsive website for my café. The site should include:
- A menu section displaying our food and drink offerings.
- A photo gallery showcasing our café.
- A reservation form with a field for 'Number of Guests'.
- Location details with a map link.
I would like the site to be designed in a classic black and white aesthetic. As I currently do not have any branding materials, I would need your expertise in graphic design to help create these.
Skills required: Web development, graphic design, experience with WordPress or another CMS is a plus.
The budget for this project is between 500 and 1000 euros, with a preferred completion by the end of next month. Please include in your proposal how long you think the project will take and any similar projects you have completed that you can showcase.
