Company name is (Hedland Crew), The name originated from where we live as majority of the work force is made up of local peoples partners (Mum's and Dad's) who cant work full time as they have family commitments (Kids etc) so only work 6hr shifts during school hours, Port Hedland western Australia have one of the largest bulk export terminal in the world exporting iron ore to the global market 24/7
The company will support the 3 local giant mining company's FMG,BHP and Roy Hill and smaller tier 2 miners.
The main function of the team is Local Labour hire performing a range of manual handling duty's, operating mobile equipment and washdown duty's (hosing iron ore build up under fixed plant structures)
I'm wanting the logo to be about local people and mining working together that shows empathy
