Business logo designing

I have recently started a business and i need assistance in creating a logo that i can use. The logo will be used for social media, advertising and merch. I have made a quick AI design as a rough guide to what i was looking at (attached). But, i would like something that stands out and will grab peoples attention so i am very open to different ideas.
