Business Logo

I have an e-commerce business I would like to create a new business logo for. It is a healthy snack subscription box. My initial thoughts are to make a box with two T’s on the sides. I have included a sketch. I am open to suggestions as well for the best logo design. I will also need the copyright for the logo.
