Brand guidelines for luxury candle startup

I am looking for a talented ARAB designer to create a ARABIC and English logo for my luxury candle startup. The overall aesthetic I want to convey is classic and elegant. I do not have any existing brand elements, so the designer will have the freedom to start from scratch.
Specific deliverables for this project include:
- Logo design: I am looking for a sophisticated and timeless logo that represents the elegance of my brand. The logo should be visually appealing and easily recognizable.

- 10 labels for my 10 different scents
