Brand developer

I am looking for an experienced brand developer to help launch a new product or service. The brand development services I am seeking include creating or improving brand strategy, logos, and identity. I have a specific goal in mind and I am open to suggestions from the brand developer to help me reach that goal. While I do not have any specific competitors or brands in mind that I would like to emulate, I am open and welcome suggestions.
