Brand designer for my brand

I am looking for an experienced brand designer to help me create a new brand identity for my business. This brand identity must be attractive to all ages as my target audience is people of all ages. I have a rough idea of the color schemes and design elements, however, I am still open to the designer’s creativity in order to make my brand stand out. The designer should be able to showcase their expertise in creating a unique brand identity, while also fitting with our brand's mission. In addition, the designer should be able to provide examples of previous successful projects they have worked on.
