Brand & Logo Refresh for a Small Consultancy

Hi There
My husband and I are directors of our company, Humanoeuvre Pty Ltd, which is a consultancy focused on leadership, coaching and talent support for companies. We also do things like strategic planning, business consulting and cultural change.
We are looking to update and refresh our logo, and also have some supporting tools developed including materials for documents eg headers and footers, digital tools for e-mails and social media (particularly LinkedIn). We don't have a website, we are too niche for that, so everything we do is through relationships and word of mouth but social media supports us.
Can you advise if you could do a job like this to help us out? The logo is attached and I'm happy to chat through options.
