Creating a Brand Identity (Logo + Promotional Poster)

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to design a brand identity, including a logo (Illustrator) and a promotional poster (Photoshop).

Task:

1. Brand Concept:

Choose or invent a company, product, or event.

Develop a short description (e.g., What does the brand represent? Who is the target audience?).



2. Logo Design (Illustrator):

Create a vector-based logo using Illustrator.

Use shape tools, typography, and color theory to make a professional design.

Save and submit the logo in .AI and PNG formats.



3. Promotional Poster (Photoshop):

Design a poster (A3 or A4 size) to promote the brand, product, or event.

Include the logo, relevant images, and text (tagline, event details, or product features).

Use layers, blending modes, and adjustment tools to enhance the design.

Submit the final design in PSD and JPEG formats.




Grading Criteria:

Creativity & Originality (20%) – Unique design concept.

Technical Skills (30%) – Use of tools, layers, and effects.

Brand Consistency (20%) – Logo and poster complement each other.

Composition & Aesthetics (20%) – Color harmony, typography, and layout.

File Submission & Presentation (10%) – Proper file formats and clear explanation.
