Corporate Identity and Branding Specialist for Balaji Ventures

Project Overview:
Balaji Ventures is a dynamic business based in Indore, with interests in hospitality, real estate, and future plans to explore other sectors such as supply chain solutions. We currently manage two hotels: a Wyndham-franchised property in Indore and an unflagged property, Hotel Balaji Central, in Ratlam. While we have traded in real estate land parcels and own several properties, we are planning to expand into real estate development in the near future.

We are looking for an experienced branding and design professional to help create a complete corporate identity that is professional, energetic, and adaptable to our current industries and future expansion. The identity should reflect our business ambitions and versatility, as we plan to grow into an enterprise spanning multiple sectors.

Scope of Work:
The freelancer will be responsible for creating the following:

Logo Design:

A versatile, modern logo that reflects our business in hospitality and real estate, while remaining adaptable for future sectors such as supply chain solutions or other industries.
A logo that works across digital, print, and physical signage.
Corporate Identity Package:

Business card design (including all necessary details: company name, logo, contact information, etc.).
Letterhead and envelope design.
Email signature template.
Brand guidelines including font choices, color palette, and logo usage.
Website Design (Optional):

A basic website layout with sections dedicated to hospitality, real estate, and placeholders for future sectors or projects.
A clean, modern, and professional design that reflects our current ventures and growth potential.
Website should include a contact form and easy navigation for potential clients and partners.
Color Palette:

A primary color scheme that reflects professionalism, trust, and innovation (suggestions: blues, grays, golds).
Accent colors that convey energy and modernity while remaining versatile for multiple industries.
Tagline & Brand Messaging:

Assistance with crafting a tagline that reflects our growth in hospitality, future real estate development, and readiness for expansion into new sectors.
Content for brand messaging for use on business cards, website, and other corporate materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience in corporate identity creation for companies spanning multiple industries.
Expertise in logo design, branding, and website design.
Ability to create a modern, professional, and versatile corporate identity that aligns with our current industries (hospitality and real estate) and future sectors.
Strong portfolio demonstrating similar projects.
Experience working with businesses in hospitality or real estate is a plus.
Deliverables:
A complete corporate identity package, including all design files (logo, business card, letterhead, etc.).
Guidelines for brand usage (color palette, fonts, logo variations).
Website design mockup (optional).
Editable design files for future use (AI, PSD, etc.).
Additional Notes:
Our office is based in Indore, and the identity should reflect the energy of a growing enterprise from this region, poised for expansion across various sectors.
We currently operate in hospitality (Wyndham-franchised hotel in Indore and Hotel Balaji Central in Ratlam) and real estate trading (land parcels), but our real estate development projects are in the planning stage. The branding should be flexible enough to accommodate future ventures, including real estate development and potential expansions into other sectors like supply chain solutions.
