Background Design for speaker bio pages

I need two images for the background of the pages of the speaker bio pages of an event booklet that I am making with canva.com.
The first page will have a big "SPEAKER BIOS" title and 4 speakers. Page 2 and above will have 4 speakers per page. I will use Canva.com to insert the actual information (Speaker name, title, bios). See Speaker_Bios.bmp
* The booklet theme is poker cards game. For the background I would like a poker background similar to the attached Background.png

* I will need the "SPEAKER BIOS" title in a nice font just for page 1.

* I would like each of the photos of the speakers to have a "frame" and a light effect similar like the one on FotoFrame.png. Each photo frame should be square and similar to the red and green "seal" in the FotoFrame image. The light effect should go from left to right from one side to the other side of the page with yellow, blue, green for the first page (only first 3 speakers on first page) and yellow, blue, green, red for the second. All photos have the same dimensions and same “frame ” design. See Example.bmp
