Redesign of our logo

Hi! We are looking for a designer capable of redesigning and reworking our company logo in a more modern key, while maintaining its identity.
We do not want upheavals but ideal solutions for website from desktop, from mobile devices, advertising material, merchandising and social media. The solution must necessarily have a logotype, a pay-off and a pictogram in vector format.
