Website development for logistics management

I’m looking to improve the way we move product by bringing in a freight-transportation specialist who can take an end-to-end view of our current network and show us a smarter path forward. Right now, I have multiple origin-destination lanes moving by truck and need clear, data-backed guidance on how best to schedule, consolidate, and manage those loads.

What I need from you
• A concise review of my existing freight flows and pain points (routes, volumes, carriers, service levels).
• Practical recommendations—whether that ends up being FTL, LTL, or a mix of modes—with the numbers to prove why each option makes sense.
• An implementation roadmap that spells out steps, timing, and resources so we can roll improvements out with minimal disruption.
• KPI suggestions or a simple dashboard template I can use to track cost, on-time performance, and capacity going forward.

Experience with TMS platforms, carrier negotiations, and route-optimization tools will be a plus. My preference is for clear deliverables over lengthy write-ups, so concise analysis paired with actionable next steps will stand out.
