I send groups of 10–20 pilgrims from Bangladesh to the Kingdom every month and need a reliable, Saudi-based partner who can handle their arrangements end-to-end. The single most important factor for our travellers is the overall Umrah service: smooth hotel check-ins, punctual transport and well-organised jiyarah outings all rolled into one worry-free package.

Here is what I will rely on you for: securing suitable hotels (our preference is established, well-maintained hotels within easy reach of the Haramain), organising airport pickups plus all transfers between Makkah, Madinah and any ziyarat sites, and confirming knowledgeable local guides for each jiyarah schedule. Clear, written confirmations for every booking are required before each group’s arrival.

When you place your bid, focus on your experience in handling similar religious groups—please outline how many pilgrims you have assisted, the hotel chains or transport companies you already work with and any added value you can bring to enhance their spiritual journey. If you currently live in either Makkah, Madinah or Jeddah and speak Arabic as well as English, be sure to mention it, as that will streamline coordination.
