USPS Last-Mile Logistics Partner
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I move small e-commerce items—mainly jewellery and other light products weighing 50 g to 1 kg—from India to customers across the United States. My goal is to consolidate those orders into bulk consignments, clear them at a Central-USA warehouse, and hand them straight over to USPS for last-mile delivery with a valid USPS tracking number on every parcel.
Current scale & timing
• Volume: about 1–100 parcels each month
• Preferred entry point: a Central USA warehouse for efficient nationwide reach
• Decision deadline: I’d like the solution scoped, priced, and ready to test within the coming month
What I need from you
• Identify or onboard a U.S. parcel provider that accepts bulk shipments from India and injects parcels into USPS
• Confirm that the provider supplies individual USPS labels/tracking for end customers
• Map out the full shipping flow—India pickup, consolidation, customs, transfer to the Central-USA facility, induction into USPS, and delivery data feedback
• Outline service-level agreements, transit times, and any integration or manifest requirements (CSV, API, etc.)
I’m aiming for a long-term partnership, so proven experience in international logistics and hands-on USPS knowledge are essential. If you’ve previously set up similar cross-border workflows or can introduce a reliable carrier network, let’s discuss the next steps and move a pilot shipment quickly.
