Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of performance metrics and KPIs: The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing key performance indicators for the transportation and warehouse operations. The KPIs should primarily focus on improving delivery efficiency, increasing inventory accuracy, and reducing transportation costs.
- SOPs Development: The candidate will also be in charge of creating comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures that are tailored to our specific operations. These SOPs should be clear, concise, and align with the performance metrics established.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in 3PL management: The candidate should have a strong background in managing 3PL operations, including transportation and warehouse aspects.
