I need three complete Standard Operating Procedure decks that clearly outline how our transport and freight-forwarding business should run in Sales, Operations, and Maintenance. All content must be delivered as well-structured PowerPoint presentations—the chosen format so my team can update and train from a single, visual source.
You will receive our current guidelines and a handful of legacy documents to mine for facts, flow charts, and compliance notes. Your job is to transform that raw material into clean, logically ordered slides that walk staff through every step, define roles and escalation paths, and highlight any safety or regulatory checkpoints relevant to road freight.
To help me pick the right person, please attach examples of past SOP or process-mapping work (PowerPoint samples preferred). I’m particularly interested in projects for logistics, shipping, or field service teams, but any strong procedural deck that shows clarity and design skill is welcome.
