JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an Operations Assistant with exceptional skills for; Stock Management, Production Decisions with regards to Factory Operations, Quality Control, Logistics and Outsourcing Function.
The Applicant should have proficient skills in speaking and writing Mandarin and Cantonese languages.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain various Google Sheets.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
Responsible for enforcing policies and procedures.
Monitor sales orders and compile sales reports with recommendations for increasing sales performance.
Attending correspondence in the form of calls and emails by suppliers.
Keep updated on industry trends and the consumer market.
Assist with financial and production planning, management and reconciliation.
Provide knowledge management support including but not limited to tracking documents, lessons learned, and best practices.
Proofread and correct reports, presentations, and client-facing materials
Multitask across multiple projects, triaging as necessary to ensure success.
Manage the entire supply chain
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin and Cantonese languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS outlook, Adobe, and basic software packages.
Experience working as a VA in an operationally heavy environment
Procurement, freight forwarding and/or logistics and supply chain management experience is a must
Data Entry and Analysis Skills.
Experience working in the online marketing sector; either with a Digital Agency, Marketing Agency, Ecomm Management or Affiliate and SMS Marketing sector.
Solid project management skills.
Solid and advanced Excel skills.
