I need an experienced youth sports league scheduler to create a comprehensive game schedule for a summer baseball league.
Requirements:
- Approximately 150 teams participating at different age levels
- Each team should play 10 games
- Games should be scheduled on weekdays
- Field constraints:
- Different Age groups/divisions
- Field Sizes for different age groups
- Times may vary based on lights at fields
- Have existing Excel format for final product (for upload to a system)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in scheduling for youth sports leagues
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to optimize schedules for multiple teams and games
