UK Small-Scale Fulfilment Service Setup

I’m looking for an experienced professional to help me set up a small-scale fulfilment service in the UK. I have approximately 7 cubic metres of space available across a room, but have up to 20 and would like to eventually scale up, and I want to offer services to ecommerce sellers, including storage, packing, and shipping.
As I’m new to this, I need someone who can handle all aspects of the setup, including research, planning, and implementation.
Key Tasks:

Provide guidance on finding clients and scaling the business in the future.
