Ship Roofing Sheets from China to Germany
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
I have 3.5 tons of trapezoidal steel roofing sheets sitting in the seller’s warehouse in China, fully paid for through Alibaba. I now need those sheets moved by sea freight all the way to my home address in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Germany.
What I already know
• The goods are palletised and ready for pickup at the sellers warehouse.
• Sea freight is the preferred mode but I'm open for different approaches.
• I want true door-to-door delivery, not just port-to-port.
• Whether I must handle German or Chinese customs myself is still unclear, so I will rely on your guidance there.
What I can give you
• Full Alibaba account access to speak directly with the seller and arrange pickup/transportation (it previously seemed like the seller would be willing to arrange shipping from his warehouse to any port of our choice in China).
• you should also be able to get documents like the invoice or packing list directly from the seller.
What I need from you
1. Book the sea freight leg and any onward trucking to my address. (I will pay for that directly, you wouldn't have anything to do with that payment)
2. Organise export and import paperwork, clarify duty/VAT, and tell me what sums must be prepaid.
3. Provide tracking details and regular status updates until the sheets are on my driveway.
4. Supply final delivery note or CMR as proof the job is done.
5. Please submit an offer incl. your service, transport/shipping costs AND potential customs fees.
Experience with Chinese Language, German/Chinese customs processes and international cargo will set you apart.
