Ship 20 Pallets CA to NJ
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I have 20 standard-size pallets, a combined weight of roughly 41,000 lb, ready to leave Santa Clara, California and travel straight through to Paterson, New Jersey. The freight is already palletised on standard U.S. 48" × 40" bases; no custom crating or repacking is needed.
At this point I do not have any declared special handling requirements—no temperature control, hazardous-material paperwork or rush service has been requested—so assume a conventional full-truckload move unless you recommend otherwise. I simply need a reliable carrier who can collect in Santa Clara, secure everything properly, provide traceable transit updates, and deliver intact to Paterson.
Deliverables I expect:
• An all-inclusive door-to-door rate (fuel and accessorials folded in)
• A realistic pickup window you can meet this week
• Estimated transit time to Paterson and the service level you’ll use (dry van, flatbed, etc.)
• Proof of insurance and DOT/MC credentials before dispatch
• Clean, signed POD upon delivery
